Versailles Like Royalty

Asja was our guide to tour Versailles. The story telling was really good. She was attentive, patient & flexible. The tour of the garden on the golf cart, bike & walking made it feel like an adventure. She answered all our random questions & had answers for all of them. The day we toured was Bastille Day & due to heat Versailles closed early. She was quick on her feet to adjust the tour as changes occurred. She did a great job taking care of us! Heads up for the tour if you’re booking, the guide is only with you for the garden & Trianon. There is NO guide for inside Versailles. We walked through on our own. I would purchase a separate auido guide at the very least as you really don’t know what you are looking at without it. Just my 2 cents for those looking to book this tour. I HIGHLY recommend the tour, just make this one adjustment for a perfect balance of history, awe, adventure & information. Thank you Kingtours & Asja!

Amazing experience our guide was fantastic with great tips. The bike ride was well worth it along with the buggies … but Marie Antoinette Hamlet was by far my favourite experience thank you!

We did a tour with King Tours led by Asia (who was fantastic) that included both golf cart and bike portions of the tour. We were a family of four, including 2 young boys, so the golf carts and bikes made it possible to see what we would otherwise have not been able to see. Our guide, Asia, told us a range of stories about the property and the people who lived there that helped to contextualize the site and bring it to life. Our tour was a self-guided one once inside the palace, so my review applies only to the outdoor portion of the property. I'd do the tour with them again.

The staff at this tour is very helpful and accommodating despite all the train cancellations my family and I experienced due to the heat wave in Paris this week. Kingtours has provided guidance pre and during the tour. They have excellent customer service and respond very quickly to our questions. I would recommend this tour.

Alois was our guide today he was amazing. Worth every penny booking the guided tour and the golf buggy. My mother has mobility issues and cannot walk very far. It was her birthday and he was very attentive, patient and shared so much wonderful knowledge and French History. It's unfortunate it was so very hot that walking around was unbearable. We would have liked more time to explore the gardens in the golf buggy than going to the Marie Antionette House. It was very over crowded in the palace and we could not enjoy looking around. The palace closed early due to the heat but this waz needed. Such a wonderful trip. Thank you Alois your are a super guide. 🙏🏻🥰🤩 Merci Beaucoup 💙
